Barnabas E3 Ministries is born out of my deep love and respect for pastors and the local church. As I transitioned into a new season of ministry serving churches, God increased my burden to encourage and equip, and empower pastors.

I am convinced that everybody needs a Barnabas – someone who will come alongside you in ministry to offer experience and practical assistance. Coaching and consulting pastors and ministry leaders is one of the primary focuses of this ministry.  This ministry provides resources and opportunities for pastors to be encouraged and equipped for the challenges of leading the local church.

One of the great needs in our churches is for marriages to be strengthened. Rhonda and I love to share our story and spend time in a retreat type setting with other couples. The Lord has opened the door for us to lead marriage conferences for pastors and church members in various settings.

The Lord has also called me to minister to the men of our churches. Godly manhood is under attack by the enemy and we are desperately in need of men to serve the Lord in our generation. Men’s events and retreats are one of my favorite ministries.
